Duration: Each presentation should last no more than 15 minutes, allowing 5 minutes for questions and the transition to the next speaker within the 20-minute slot.
Uploading Your Presentation: All presentations must be uploaded at least 24 hours before the scheduled presentation time using the form that will be provided by the organization.
Format and Equipment: A PC with Microsoft Office 365 will be provided by the organizers in the auditorium. However, PDF format is strongly recommended to avoid compatibility issues. Presentations may be tested in the auditorium during session breaks.
Internet Access: Presenters should not rely on internet connectivity during their presentation. We strongly recommend embedding all fonts and media files within the presentation. Please avoid using Google Slides or depending on online resources such as web pages, streaming media, or live demos.
Arrival: On the day of the presentation, presenters should contact the session chair at least 10 minutes before the session begins to ensure that everything is ready.
Poster Preparation Guidelines for ESRS and Special Session Contributions
Poster Format: Posters must be in landscape orientation and should not exceed A0 size (Height: 841 mm × Width: 1189 mm).
Mounting Materials: Poster presenters will be provided with pins to attach their posters to the assigned boards.
Poster Setup: Posters must be brought as hard copies by the presenters and mounted on the assigned boards before the beginning of the allocated session. We recommend placing the posters at least 30 minutes in advance, preferably during the lunch break.
Poster Removal: Posters must be removed after the end of the session. The conference organizers will not be responsible for posters left behind.
Presenter Attendance: At least one author must remain at the poster during the entire presentation session. Session Chairs will verify the presence of presenters at all posters.
