The workshop will take place at the Congress Center of the Instituto Superior Técnico (IST) campus. IST is conveniently located close to both the airport and the city centre. From Saldanha, the campus is just a short walk to the entrance on Rua Alves Redol. The Técnico campus has four main entrances—North (Avenida António José de Almeida), South (Avenida Rovisco Pais), East (Avenida Manuel da Maia), and West (Rua Alves Redol)—as shown on the map. Alameda station (Green and Red lines) is located on the east side of the campus. Saldanha station (Red and Yellow lines) is located on the west side of the campus.

The Congress Center can be accessed either from within the campus or directly via a dedicated entrance on Rua Alves Redol, located just to the left of the West entrance, which provides the most convenient access.
