Conference registration benefits
All types of registrations:
Access to all technical sessions, welcome reception (Tue), coffee breaks, lunches (Tue-Thu), gala dinner (Wed), tour to Sintra/Cascais (Thu), and access to the electronic proceedings.
Senior and authors (ISCA and non-ISCA):
Registration may cover up to three papers of the workshop in which the registrant appears in the author list. All papers must be presented in-person.
Students (ISCA and non-ISCA):
Registration may cover one contribution of the Early-Stage Researcher Symposium (ESRS) in which the registrant is the first author. ESRS contributions must be presented in-person by the first author.
VISA and invitation letters
Invitation letters can be requested during the registration process. Participants that will need a visa are advised to prepare the documents in advance to speed up the process. For the invitation letter, you will need to provide us your full name, nationality, and the passport information (number, issue date and place, and expiration date).
Hotels nearby
There are several convenient hotels close to the campus. The campus is in a central business part of the city. We provide some recommendations below, but there are many more (you can look for them in Booking or similar sites). Additionally, the campus is very close to two Metro lines, so in practice and if you prefer, you can look for a room in other parts of the city (ie., old downtown).
